The Director of SEED Training, and co-Director of the Care Connector Network. Neurodivergent, Trauma- informed, Values driven and highly compassionate, David is an ex-psychiatric nurse, Residential Social Worker with children and young families, a former Countryside Manager and is NEBOSH qualified. He is also a former survival and bushcraft instructor. An ethical and experienced trainer, committed to giving delegates the best training session he can through various mediums, often using music, theatre, gamification and humour to illustrate or reinforce key points. His training passions include Neuroscience and behaviourism, the Dementias, Mental Health, First Aid, Safeguarding, and Health & Safety. David has also been a regular visiting lecturer at a local college of higher education, as well as an NVQ assessor and Internal Verifier. Doesn’t like to let the grass grow!

The Director of 2M Training, and co-Director of the Care Connector Network. Marianne is a caring, driven, and highly empathic trainer, driven by strong ethical and moral values, her own neurodivergence, and a proven background in clinical and applied psychology. A highly qualified and experienced Teacher and Trainer, Marianne facilitates and delivers the skills and knowledge base delegates need to be at the top of their game. She is passionate about working with people and helping them develop professionally and achieve their goals and changing their lives into the way that they would like them to be. Marianne is considered by many in the industry to be a Guru of adult education. ‘Excellent!’, empathic, engaging, diligent, supportive, passionate about her subject, and ‘Outstanding’ are just some of the terms used to describe Marianne’s Training.

About Iain…

The founder, Senior Director and CEO of the Care Connector Network and Founder/Owner of Complete Nutritional Care. Iain’s expertise ranges from Nutrition and Hydration in the Care Sector, to undertaking home audits and delivering Nutrition and Catering Management training and consultancy, as well as delivering Behavioural Leadership and Performance Management training. A former lifeboat crew member, Iain has worked as a chef on some very high profile private yachts and is also a highly recognisable and experienced public speaker. Iain is the Deputy Chairman of the Professional Speaking Association. Iain has devoted the last 11 years in search of bringing improvements to the care sector. Driven and highly competent, Iain works with care companies (and others!) to help them rationalise their business, improve core skills through education, and empower staff to the benefit of end-users. SEED & 2M are very pleased and proud to be now working alongside him to achieve these aims.

Highly committed, ethical, and with a wide experience of the care sector having risen through the ranks from being a carer, she excels at turning your fortunes around, having already turned three homes from ‘inadequate’ to ‘Good’ within 12 months of starting the company.
