New Year, New Directions, New website!

Well, you’re looking at the new website…but we’re also expanding our industrial catchment. The Blog and the podcasts have got away from us recently; so we’re looking to those for our New Year resolutions!

Continuing Professional Development.

SEED Trainers are continuing their own professional development, undertaking such courses as the level 4 Certificate in Education and Training, Mental Health First Aid, and Taye Training’s “Training 4 Influence” course and this can only enhance your learners experience and help give you , our clients, greater value for money and the security of efficient and appropriate training

SEED is expanding its footfall.

We’re still in our first calendar year of ‘solo flying’, yet we are already expanding our footfall across the country. What started as a local training company has rapidly expanded into the Marches, the midlands, the Lake District, and further south, into Cambridgeshire. Such is the demand for our brand!

Partnership working.

SEED continues to grow from strength to strength, and we have now established some firm and mutually beneficial working partnerships. Firm relationships such as those with 2M, LJB, Caresafe, H1, TrainAid and Cherry Training will ensure consistency of high quality training delivery across SEED’s catchment; if you think we might be able to help you, please feel free to contact us!

Aspire to Be

We are pleased to announce that SEED Training has officially joined forces with 2M Training to bring you Aspire To Be ’; a formal co-operative arrangement to increase our two brands footfall. Same great training, same great trainers, same solid ethical provision, but now bigger, better, and more influential! Look out for our logo! You can reach us at message.aspiretobe@gmail.com

Mental Health First Aid

We are proud to announce that SEED and 2M are now in the position to offer MHFA up to level 3 (for managers and supervisors). We expect to see a hike in demand for this training as we come out of lock-down; mental health in the workplace has taken a hammering due to changing workplace dynamics, lone working, or working from home, made all the more difficult by the privations and added stresses of the last two years. There is already a legal and moral obligation for employers to be mindful of employees psychological safety and well-being, so please contact us if you would like training in this area.

Mighty Oaks from Little SEEDs Grow!

SEED Training was one year old on the 1st April 2022! And what a hectic year its been! Joining forces with 2M Training to form Aspire To be has proven to have been a fundamental part of our combined success stories! we are currently in talks with two national care providers to supply their care training; we can’t say too much at this stage, but one has the potential to change the face of care and is likely to attract a large media attention, and the other is a national concern. SEED, 2M, and Aspire To Be are very proud to be a part of their development. Watch this space!

Mighty Oaks from Little SEEDs Grow! (Part deux)

SEED Training, and 2M Training (as ‘Aspire To Be) Are incredibly pleased to be working with Iain Clague, of the Care Connector Network; there are some very exciting projects afoot, including our own training academy and Awarding Body. The hope is that between us, little by little, we can change the sorry state of the healthcare industry from within, and the Care Connector Network is the ideal vehicle for driving that (pun intended!). Care homes can sign up for free and access a very wide range of services. From their website: To support and promote excellence, integrity and professionalism in the care sector by helping registered managers, heads of department and providers create positive cultures in services. Bringing them together with suppliers of products and services enhancing quality in care services to ensure person-centred care is delivered and continually improved.
