New Year, New Directions, New website!

Well, you’re looking at the new website…but we’re also expanding our industrial catchment. The Blog and the podcasts have got away from us recently; so we’re looking to those for our New Year resolutions!

Continuing Professional Development.

SEED Trainers are continuing their own professional development, undertaking such courses as the level 4 Certificate in Education and Training, Mental Health First Aid, and Taye Training’s “Training 4 Influence” course and this can only enhance your learners experience and help give you , our clients, greater value for money and the security of efficient and appropriate training

SEED is expanding its footfall.

We’re still in our first calendar year of ‘solo flying’, yet we are already expanding our footfall across the country. What started as a local training company has rapidly expanded into the Marches, the midlands, the Lake District, and further south, into Cambridgeshire. Such is the demand for our brand!

Mental Health First Aid

We are proud to announce that SEED is now in the position to offer MHFA up to level 3 (for managers and supervisors). We expect to see a hike in demand for this training as we come out of lock-down; mental health in the workplace has taken a hammering due to changing workplace dynamics, lone working, or working from home, made all the more difficult by the privations and added stresses of the last two years. There is already a legal and moral obligation for employers to be mindful of employees psychological safety and well-being, so please contact us if you would like training in this area.

Mighty Oaks from Little SEEDs Grow!

SEED Training, and 2M Training (as ‘Aspire To Be) Are incredibly pleased to be working as co-directors with Iain Clague, of the Care Connector Network ; there are some very exciting projects afoot, including our own training academy and Awarding Body. The hope is that between us, little by little, we can change the sorry state of the healthcare industry from within, and the Care Connector Network is the ideal vehicle for driving that (pun intended!). Care homes can sign up for free and access a very wide range of services. From their website: To support and promote excellence, integrity and professionalism in the care sector by helping registered managers, heads of department and providers create positive cultures in services.
